 What better way to remember your pet than with a memorial plaque? Simply make a minimum donation of $10.00 to any "animal charity" and we will obtain a plaque in memory of your pet(s) to be placed on our memorial tree, located between our two glass doors. It's a great way to remember your friend and help out other furry friends in need at the same time.

How to Donate

It's simple to donate.

You can stop by the office and place a minimum donation of $10.00 into our Niagara Falls Humane Society box located on the counter at reception.

The Farley Foundation and Pet Trust have sent us brochures with donation forms on the back of them. They can be found in the waiting room. Pet Trust donations may also be made on-line at the above mentioned link.

If you have decided to donate to a charity of your choice, simply show us your receipt and your pet(s) memorial plaque will be ordered.

Chippawa Animal Hospital is a veterinary hospital in Niagara Falls which has served cats and dogs since 1991.
